Track everything. See what's coming.
The food diary that forecasts your energy. Log meals, macros, caffeine and alcohol — search a food, scan a barcode, photograph the plate, or say it in one sentence — and see this afternoon's crash while it's still lunchtime. Entirely on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Underneath, it's a complete food diary — calories, macros, water, goals, streaks. On top sits the prediction: everything you log feeds one energy curve for the hours ahead, with a calm nudge before the dip.
Log it by barcode, photo, or "burger and chips, then a flat white" — macros counted, and the afternoon crash on the chart before you've left the table.
Compare "coffee now vs at 4" side by side before you drink it. The later option might carry your evening — now you'll know.
A drink lifts the moment and taxes the evening. The curve shows both honestly — no judgement, no guilt, just the physiology.
Slept six hours? Your whole day starts lower and dips hit harder. Energycast reads last night's sleep and recovery and says so, plainly.
Today's outlook, a full diary, premium trends, and decision support — each screen feeds the same on-device model.

Scan a barcode and land straight on confirm. Snap a plate or a nutrition label and Apple’s on-device AI reads it — no photo ever leaves your phone. You always confirm before anything is saved.
A built-in list of the things people actually eat — porridge, katsu curry, a jacket potato, a sausage roll — each with real macros and a sensible portion. Works offline, on day one, before the app knows anything about you.
Add ingredients one at a time — scan, search, or describe each — and save the result under one name. Tell it how many servings the pot makes and one portion logs a quarter of the figures, so batch cooking is entered once, not every night.
Calories against your goal, protein, carbs, fat, fibre, sugar, water glasses, streaks — with meal slots, one-tap "copy yesterday", and quick add for hand-typed figures.
Meals, caffeine, alcohol, workouts and sleep interact — a coffee can mask a lunch crash, then both wear off together. One curve shows the combined effect rather than four unrelated figures.
Espresso to green tea to a pint — preset drinks log in a single tap with an undo, and the curve updates instantly.
One calm notification timed ahead of your predicted trough — a short walk or a glass of water now beats another coffee later.
A Fitness-style watch app: food and water rings, the energy curve, one-tap logging and dictation — washed in the same theme colour as your phone.
Last night's sleep and today's heart-rate variability (against your own recent typical) shape today's baseline — and the app tells you when they do.
Meals logged elsewhere flow in from Apple Health, macros and all — and what you log here can flow back out (off by default, your choice).
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activity with a dip countdown, Control Centre button, Siri — "log a filter coffee in Energycast".
Quick 1-tap check-ins calibrate the model to you; a weekly report and honest pattern insights appear only when your own data supports them.
Background tints that wash the whole app — and your watch — in your colour, plus alternate app icons.
No account. No cloud. No analytics. The AI runs on the phone. Your data lives on your device — back it up, restore it, or delete it at any time.
The diary and the live prediction are free, no strings. Pro unlocks the camera, the history, and the insights.

Complications for every watch face, and Smart Stack relevance that surfaces Energycast right when your dip is due.
Last updated: 27 July 2026 · Applies to Energycast for iOS and watchOS, published by Metamorfose.
Nothing. Energycast has no accounts, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Everything you log is stored only on your device (and, where you use the Watch app, mirrored to your paired Apple Watch over Apple's device-to-device connection).
Energycast works completely offline, with one optional exception: barcode scanning can look up products in the Open Food Facts database (openfoodfacts.org, ODbL licence). Only the barcode digits are sent — never anything about you or your device. Results are cached on-device so each product is looked up once, and the lookup can be switched off entirely in Settings → Data & privacy.
Photos and descriptions are analysed by Apple's on-device Foundation Models — the processing happens entirely on your iPhone. Images are not stored by Energycast and are never uploaded anywhere.
Energycast produces heuristic estimates for general wellness. It is not a medical device, makes no diagnostic claims, and should not be used to manage any medical condition.
